- We stress that no money is handled on this site, there are no transactions made on this site either. There are baskets which are sent off to be reviewed by our sales team and they shall contact you promptly by email or phone (which ever details are given) to pursue the potential order. If anything or anyone asks you for credit or debit card details please do not give these out. We promise to not ask for your card details over the web, this is not an E-commerce site. All prices are plus VAT on top of the price on screen.
- We would like to state that we attempt to give everyone the best possible delivery times and the highest quality of products, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of damaged goods from the consumers behalf, if the damage was by Johnson’s Insulation Supplies then we will be held accountable and we will do our best to honor agreements made either by refunds or replacement products.
- Delivery times are only estimated, not guaranteed. We do try our best to provide next day delivery but unfortunately climate and road conditions are out of our control therefore will not be held accountable for late deliveries. We will work with our customers to maintain happy relations and continue to provide quick delivery to our customers. We can offer alternatives for transport of goods such as couriers and postage.
- Promotional materials on the website are for show, these promotional discounts will be applied via our sales team once your enquiry has been sent off. They shall check the terms and conditions of the code to make sure it’s still valid for you and others as some promotional discounts only last a certain time or are only available for a certain number of uses.
- If we are in the unfortunate circumstance of not being able to complete the trade and get the goods to you in an agreeable time frame, we shall offer you a refund for your purchase, this excludes conditions out of our control and if products have already been produced or brought in for you, these are now bought by the customer and your responsibility. We will work hard to sort out a compromise where a restocking charge could apply from manufacturing goods or re-delivering goods purchased.
- Enquiries sent will be answered throughout the week Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm. We try and get a reply to you the day you send your enquiry. If an enquiry is sent over the weekend we shall tend to the email as soon as a representative has the information to answer.
- If prices are stated as £0.00, these prices are subject to enquiry only. Reasoning for this is that there are many conditions that may effect price and availability of the product meaning you could see a higher price than you would most likely pay.
- This website is a new build, there will be some mistakes which can be rectified the longer we spend with it, if you notice any errors please do not hesitate to contact us and we will sort the issue. Thank you.
