Extruded Foam (XPS)

Extruded XPS foam (XPS 300SL) is used in Floor Insulating applications and boasts a moisture absorption of around only 2% after long term use due to immersion, diffusion or freeze-thaw resistance. The benefits of the sheets are they can withstand heavy loads on top and are lightweight but durable. As mentioned before they’re known for their moisture resistance and thermal performance. Can be stored outside and is 100% CO2 blown meaning no harmful gases are used in manufacturing this product.

XPS SL is a rigid thermal insulation board made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam produced according to climate-friendly CO2 technology.

XPS SL is mainly used as thermal insulation for zero fall, flat and pitched roofs, floor and underground constructions. On zero fall and flat roofs it must be used in combination with ballast.
